This simple exercise removes back and belly fat in no time!


Those days everyone wants to have a healthy and beautiful body, what if we can show you a way to make your body in short time?
Our article is not like other articles which offer miraculous potions or wraps; our article provides straightforward and beneficial exercises that will make your body the way you like it.
The first thing you need to remember about this exercise is that it`s not going to be easy, but on another hand, it`s going to take only 16 minutes of your precious time every day.
If you are doing those exercises right in only 28 days your body fat will be gone; this exercises will make you stronger in short amount of time. After those 28 days, you will see the difference.
Many people are not trying hard, and many times they quit after a couple of weeks because “there is no difference,” but human body works another way. People who are at the beginning of this journey need to be very patient, and the patients will be worth for sure!.

Let`s start with the exercises:

NOTICE: Follow the instructions and take the same amount of time for every single exercise!
Plank, Full Plank, Side Plank, Raised Leg Plank:

At the beginning start it with 30 sec, and after a couple of days, you can add more time. At the end of the week, the goal is to reach at least 40 seconds. After one 7th day, we suggest you to try to take this exercise to another level with 1 minute.

Day 12th:
The goal is to reach 90 seconds, the next day you are taking the break from the exercising. On day 14th and 15th, our suggestion is to add even more time let`s start with 2 minutes a day. And do this until day 22nd and after you should add even more time for example in the time gap of 6 days should make it 4 minutes a day.
