Sleeping Disorders? Top 6 Yoga Poses For A Good Night Sleep

Sleeping Disorders??? Now It will be Vanish. Follow the Instructions.

What can I say, lately I’ve been losing sleep and I don’t want to start using drugs to get rid insomnia, so I try using natural remedies like drinking herb tea and combining this with yoga. The effect is guaranteed! I sleep better and I’m dreaming, too. Actually, I’m remembering my dreams in the morning because we all dream at least three times per night. Well, if you have the same problem, you can try this yoga exercises to sooth your mind and body before bedtime. Boost relaxation and beat insomnia naturally.
1. Janu Sirsasana (head-to-knee pose)

This pose is very simple, but you have to exercise your mind first before starting yoga. Don’t complain, just relax. Whole instructions here.
2. Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose)

Bound your ankle yoga position, one of the most relaxing and soul soothing positions when you can actually feel the energy and good vibe around you. It’s one of my favorite. Instruction here.
3. Upavistha Konasana (wide-angle seated forward bend)

Oh Buddha! This yoga pose is great to get rid of insomnia but also for back pain. It’s good if you suffer from sciatic and calms you down, quickly. See whole instruction here.
4. Thread-the-needle

With this position you’ll be able to release tension from your body and to erase mental jam towards a good clarity of life. Whole instruction here.
5. Reclined twist

I just want to paraphrase Melissa West: “This is another example of where our external environment reflects our internal environment” and she’s absolutely right. We fill ourselves with bad energy daily and when we arrive home, we can’t get rid of it and we bring this energy in bed with us. And insomnia settles down. Watch tutorial here for a good night sleep.
6. Viparita Karani (legs-up-the-wall pose)

Siddhartha by Herman Hesse is the best buddhistic novel from which you can learn about relaxation and self-mental connection. This way you’ll learn even more about relieving stress and other disturbing diseases. See whole tutorial here to stop insomnia.
